General Overview

Once an organization has adopted ISO/IEC 20000-1, it is critical that it assesses the success of its implementation efforts in order to better understand what is working and what may be improved.

To give guidance and practical experience in the design, execution, reporting, and audit follow-up of an internal audit in accordance with ISO 19011:2011 when monitoring the effectiveness and conformity of an ISO/IEC 20000-1-based service management system (SMS).

Certification

Participants must demonstrate achievement of the learning and enabling objectives using the methods defined by I-RAB for continuous assessment and evaluation.
