It proves you have successfully integrated IT systems across your business functions to achieve seamless operations.

This program has been developed by I-RAB based on the ISO 20000-1 – Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) to provide international recognition for auditors who conduct ITSM audits.

Certification

This course includes a two-hour written test.

Using the I-RAB methods of continuous assessment and evaluation, participants must demonstrate that they have met the learning and enabling objectives.

Prerequisites
