General Overview
This I-RAB Certified Awareness training course is based on the ISO 22000 standard.
Food companies have implemented internal quality control processes to assure the safety of their goods and to decrease the danger of consumers being exposed to tainted or unsafe foods. Suppliers are frequently required to demonstrate compliance with industry-standard food safety criteria, processes, and testing procedures as part of these programs. ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) is an international standard that enables organizations to demonstrate their ability to control food safety concerns and ensure that food is safe for human consumption around the world.
Participants will learn how to build up an FSMS, starting with understanding the purpose and benefits of FSMS. Learning how to implement ISO 22000 regulations in your organization can help you earn stakeholders' trust (regulators, primary producers, food manufacturers and packers, retailers and consumers)
