The Course

Food safety refers to the handling, preparation, and storage of food in order to minimize the risk of individuals becoming ill from foodborne illnesses.

Food safety is a worldwide concern that affects many aspects of daily life. Food safety principles aim to keep food from becoming contaminated and causing food poisoning.

The purpose of this I-RAB Certified ISO 22000 FSMS Lead Auditor course is to underline the importance of an effective audit in preserving food safety. It enhances your knowledge and abilities for planning and conducting a Food Safety Management System audit in accordance with ISO 19011 auditing management system requirements and the ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification procedure.

Certification

A two-hour written test is included in this course.

Participants must additionally demonstrate that they have met the learning and enabling objectives using the I-RAB's methods of continual assessment and evaluation.
